Cala Pedrosa

Cala Pedrosa

A small beach only 20 metres long and 15 metres wide. It is located at the southern tip of the municipality, in the s'Agaró development. It is a very untouched beach and does not get very busy. It has no parking or other facilities.
Sa Conca Beach

Sa Conca Beach

This beach is 384 metres long and between 5 and 70 metres wide. Normally, Sa Conca beach is averagely busy. It is a semi-urban rocky beach. It is located to the south of Aro beach and its main feature is that lies next to one of the most picturesque villages in the province. It has parking facilities.
It has received the quality Q, Blue Flag and the Diploma in Quality Destination Plan awards.
Platja Gran (Main beach)

Platja Gran (Main beach)

This is Platja d’Aro’s main beach, and its largest. It is 2,265 metres long and 50-70 metres wide. Its sand is coarse and golden. It is built-up and very busy. There are several car parks in the town centre and another at the southern end of the beach. All kinds of facilities are on offer, such as wheelchair access, showers for disabled bathers, a marine platform, loungers for hire, disabled toilet and pedal boats to rent. Recipient of the distinctive quality Q, Blue Flag and Quality Plan Diploma Destination.

Cala Rovira

Cala Rovira

218 metres by 35 metres. A semi-urban beach with basic facilities in the area of the former natural port. Cala Rovira has access for wheelchair users. Golden sands and very popular. No parking facilities.
He has received the Blue Flag award and the Diploma of the Destination Quality Plan .
Cala de sa Cova

Cala de sa Cova

56 metres by 15 metres. It is a small beach hidden under a cliff. It is surrounded by dense vegetation of pine trees, cacti, etc. It is a sandy beach. Small boats are brought up onto the beach itself.
Cala del Pi

Cala del Pi

A small semi-isolated beach within the municipal borders of Platja D'Aro. It has stunning views and crystal-clear waters ideal for scuba diving. It measures 65 by 15 metres and is relatively popular. As regards parking, one must leave the car by the side of the road that links Platja d’Aro with Calonge.

Cala dels Canyers

Nudist beach. It measures 40 by 5 metres. It is both sandy and rocky, and rather quiet. To park, leave the car by the side of the road that links Platja d’Aro with Calonge.
Cala Belladona

Cala Belladona

Measures 40 by 20 metres. An isolated, golden sandy beach with abundant vegetation. Very popular. No facilities. This beach is also known as Cala Cuartel. To park, leave the car by the side of the road that links Platja d’Aro with Calonge.
