We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Oasis Park Hotel-Apartments & Spa with our children. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday — the hotel is lovely, the atmosphere is pleasant, the food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the reception team. They were always welcoming, kind, and ready to help with any questions or requests we had. Their support made our stay much more comfortable. We chose the most expensive accommodation option available at the time of booking — an apartment with a terrace — because we were travelling with children and wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was nice, and the cleaning service was good. However, I would like to mention one small point regarding housekeeping: during our 8-day stay, bottled water was provided only on the first day and was not replaced afterwards. I am not sure if this is the hotel’s standard policy, but before choosing this hotel I had read reviews from other guests mentioning that water and towels were replaced daily, so I had expected something similar. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer information about what is included during the stay, especially for families travelling with children. Another point I would suggest improving is accessibility. I was travelling with a stroller and a small child, and I noticed that the access between the pool area and the hotel lobby was not very convenient for guests with strollers or mobility needs. The only elevator I could use with the stroller was the one that provided access from the lower floor. After using this elevator, I had to walk through the entire lower floor area to reach the hotel lobby. There are stairs directly from the pool area to the lobby, which would be a much easier route, but unfortunately there is no ramp or accessible solution for guests with strollers or wheelchairs. Because of this, I had to take a much longer route every time I wanted to return from the pool to the hotel with my child. I also noticed that a guest using a wheelchair experienced the same difficulty, although the staff kindly helped. It would be wonderful if the hotel could consider adding a ramp or another accessible solution, making the hotel more comfortable for families with young children and guests with mobility needs. The kitchen and restaurant were great, with a good variety of food. There were only a couple of small moments in the restaurant that were not ideal — twice, staff members were standing very close to our table waiting to take away empty plates while we were still eating. However, this happened only twice during our entire stay, so I hope it was just a coincidence and not the usual practice. Regarding the drinks package, I purchased it additionally because I thought it would make our holiday easier and more relaxing. However, I was disappointed to find that the included options were only juice and water, plus either wine or beer. After calculating the cost, it did not feel like good value. When travelling with children, they quickly get tired of drinking the same options every day. I thought this package would make our holiday more convenient, but in the end, we did not use a large part of it and it did not feel worthwhile. I would recommend expanding the selection of drinks included in this package, as it would make it much more attractive for families. Despite these small points, we had a very enjoyable stay and many beautiful memories. Thank you to the whole team for your hospitality and hard work.
