The positive aspects of our stay as always was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff from Reception to Housekeeping, Bar and Restaurant. Of particular note were Javi, Paco, Juan, Marc, Carmen. These are the Neptuno's greatest assets.

Good quality towels. Food choice on salad bar was good. Location of hotel good . Price for hotel and drinks at the bar very good. Friendly staff. Some of entertainment good standard.

Personnel très agréable et très serviable. Hôtel très propre aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Merci de proposer des produits sans gluten, surtout au petit déjeuner.
