Hotel great - and have stayed several times but for me the BIGGEST PLUS is Arjana and the restaurant staff. In the past two years we've only managed 3 nights at a time due to our other commitments but on seeing us queueing to enter dining room her face broke out in a large welcoming smile and she greeted us like old friends. It's amazing how it made us feel we were definitely in the right place. The following morning at breakfast Lucia, waitress, approached my wife (who even had her back to her at the time) and again greeted her like an old friend. This sort of recognition and welcome will keep us coning back. It helps of course that the dining room offer a huge choice of food, some freshly cooked as you wait. So Hotel and services great, a HUGE plus for Arjana, Lucia, and the dining room staff and I've left extra special mention for Viktoria, a new waitress. This lady was friendly, helpful, and always had a beaming smile that made you feel good - it was infectious. On our final night I told Arjana how wonderful Viktoria was and she explaining she was a college student who was there for 2 months - so whilst you may not been keeping a brilliant employee I offer congratulations to whoever is hiring them (last year I think it was was someone called "Estudios?" who I'd cause to compliment. We'll be back next year.
