La ubicación. El personal acogedor La limpieza La habitación y la sala de baño: cómoda y moderna, El jardín. El Jacuzzi gratis, las posibilidades de masajes y spa A mi me gusto el estilo de decoración del hotel aunque pueda parecer un poco anticuada... es bastante increíble ver tantas obras originales, un hotel museo! Pero alguna clientela puede que no le guste... La posibilidad de aparcar el coche, aunque sea caro y bajo arboles algo sucio. Gracias por haber contribuido a unas buenísimas vacaciones en Tossa de Mar !

I love everything about the Neptuno. The calm atmosphere, the balanese beds/outdoor area, the gardens. The view from balcony if facing the sea/castle. Good sized balcony. All Staff extremely helpful, cleaner so friendly and very efficient.
