Bookings
What is the cancellation policy?
With the Web rate - Flexible and the Web rate - Flexible - GHT CLUB members price:
· You can cancel or modify your booking until 48 hours before the check-in date at no cost. Card details will be requested during the purchase process only to validate it. If this validation cannot be made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
· If the booking is cancelled outside the free period, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
· If you do not show up at the hotel or cancel the booking on the same day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
With the Offer rate and the Offer rate - GHT CLUB members price:
· 40% of the booking will be charged at the time of purchase.
If this charge cannot be made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
· You can modify or cancel your booking until 8 days before the check-in date at no cost.
· If the booking is canceled within the free period, it is possible to request an exchangeable code, worth the amount paid, or a refund. The code, which will be valid for 2 years from the date of cancellation, may be used for any booking, except if it is a booking for the same dates, the same hotel and the same number of people as the original booking (the price and conditions of the new booking will be those in force at the time of formalizing it).
· If the booking is canceled outside the free period, the amount charged is not returned, nor saved, nor converted into an exchangeable code.
· If you do not show up at the hotel or cancel the booking on the same day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
With the Long Stay Rate and the Long Stay Rate - GHT CLUB members price:
· 30% of the booking will be charged at the time of purchase.
If this charge cannot be made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
· You can modify or cancel your booking until 15 days before the check-in date at no cost.
· If the booking is canceled within the free period, it is possible to request an exchangeable code, worth the amount paid, or a refund. The code, which will be valid for 2 years from the date of cancellation, may be used for any booking, except if it is a booking for the same dates, the same hotel and the same number of people as the original booking (the price and conditions of the new booking will be those in force at the time of formalizing it).
· If the booking is canceled outside the free period, the amount charged is not returned, nor saved, nor converted into an exchangeable code.
· If you do not show up at the hotel or cancel the booking on the same day of arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
With the Promo Rate and the Promo Rate - GHT CLUB members price
· The Promo Rate require an advance payment of the 100% of the total amount at the same moment of purchase.
If this charge cannot be made, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
· With the PROMO Rate it is not possible to modify or cancel the booking.
· The amount charged will be not returned, nor saved, nor converted into an exchangeable code.
The GHT CLUB price rates are exclusive for the members of the GHT CLUB. If you choose one of these rates and you aren't yet a member, you will be registered automatically as a member of the GHT Club and you can benefit from the best price and many other advantages.
And if I want to leave before the scheduled departure date?
In the event that the client decides to leave the hotel before the scheduled departure date, the establishment will make a refund of the 50% of the total of the services not provided, as long as the client claims it before leaving the hotel.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking from "My booking" section, located in the upper right corner of our web page. It will be necessary to enter the email address that was provided when making the booking and the password provided in the confirmation email that you received at the time of making the booking.
If you are a GHT CLUB member, you can also cancel it from your account.
You can also request the cancellation by contacting the Call Center by phone (0034937691234), by e-mail (callcenter@ghthotels.com) or by chat (available on our website), or contacting with the hotel, by phone or e-mail.
How can I modify my booking?
You can modify your booking from “My booking" section, located in the upper right corner of our web page. It will be necessary to enter the email address that was provided when making the booking and the password provided in the confirmation email that you received at the time of making the booking.
If you are a GHT CLUB member, you can also modify it from your account.
Any data (dates, number of people and rooms, extras, etc.) may be modified, except for the hotel. If by mistake you have selected another hotel when making the booking, you will need to contact the Call Center by telephone (0034937691234), by e-mail (callcenter@ghthotels.com) or by chat (available on our website).
Changes may be subject to the availability of the establishment.
I want to subtract/add days to my booking, but now the price is more expensive per day than when I made the booking and, if I modify it through the web, the original price is not maintained. What can I do?
In this case, you must contact the Call Center by phone (0034937691234), by e-mail (callcenter@ghthotels.com) or by chat (available on our website).
How much is the tourist tax? Is it included in the price of the booking?
The tourist tax (0,60€+VAT per person/day in 3-star hotels and 1,2€+VAT per person/day in 4-star hotels) is not included in the booking price. This fee does not apply to people up to 16 years old, and it is only applicable to the first seven days of stay. Payable upon arrival at the hotel.
I want to pay 100% of my reservation before arrival. How can I do it?
In this case, you can choose this option in the email you will receive with the payment calendar or you can contact the Call Center by phone (0034937691234), by e-mail (callcenter@ghthotels.com) or by chat (available on our website).
What payment methods are accepted?
At the time of making the booking, we will ask you for the number of your credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON or MASTER CARD) to make the corresponding payment or payments that are associated with the rate you have chosen (If you choose a rate with direct payment at the hotel, we will also ask you for this information, in order to validate the card). If the payment or some of the payments should be made at the time of booking, you will also have the option of doing it through Bizum. If you prefer to make these payments by bank transfer, you can do so by contacting our Call Center by phone (0034937691234), by e-mail (callcenter@ghthotels.com) or by chat (available on our website), but, in the latter case, the booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is received.
If you wish to make an additional payment, apart from those associated with your rate, you can also do it by contacting the Call Center.
Once in the hotel, you can pay in cash (maximum 1000€) or with credit or debit card (VISA, VISA ELECTRON or MASTER CARD).
Can I use the gift boxes to pay for my booking? How can I use them?
Any GIFT BOX (Smartbox, Wonderbox, CofreVip, etc.) or TRAVEL XEC will be accepted as payment of a booking made via the GHT website.
Most gift boxes need to be managed from the gift web site, but in some cases (such as Wonderbox), you will need to contact the hotel directly to check availability, providing all the gift box information, if the booking can be made.
When I have made my booking, I got a message to share on the social media and receive a discount coupon. How does it work?
If you share on the social media that you have booked at a GHT hotel (through the link provided at the end of the booking), you will receive a coupon in your email and, once you are at the hotel, we will exchange that coupon for a pre-paid card of 5€ to use at the bar or restaurant.
How can I get the Early Booking or Long Stay discounts? And the discount for children?
The discounts for Early Booking or Long Stay are already applied in the "Offer" and "Long Stay" rates respectively. When doing the search on our website, you will be able to see the discount percentage applied next to each price.
On the other hand, the discount for children is automatically applied when searching on our website, provided that the conditions specified in the corresponding section of our offers section are met.
The only discounts that must be applied manually are those associated with a promotional code (see questions 12 and 14).
I have an exchangeable code or a promo code, how can I use it?
The code must be entered in the search engine of our website, at the time you select the hotel, the dates and the number of rooms and people.
I have a 5€ voucher that I received at the hotel during my last stay, how does it work?
To use the 5€ discount voucher offered at the hotel during your last stay, you must enter the promo code that appears on this voucher at the time of the search on our website.
We are a large family. How can we benefit from the 10% discount?
If you are a large family, and you have an official document or title that certifies you as a large family, we offer you an additional 10% discount*. To apply the discount, you must enter the corresponding promotional code in the booking search engine on our website, which you can request at info@ghthotels.com.
The conditions ** to apply this discount are:
- Reservations for document holders, always in the case of family travel (not applicable if only one member of the large family is staying at the hotel).
- Rooms occupied by people who are part of the large family
- Reservations for a minimum of 4 people
And remember to bring the original and valid document to the hotel (without the original and in full force document, the discount will not be applied to the invoice. Copies will not be accepted under any circumstances).
* Promotion can be combined with rates with offers and a 5% discount per member, but cannot be combined with other promotions.
** If during verification, we check that the code has been used for bookings that do not meet these requirements, the discount will be deducted.
I want to book a room for more than 4 people. What options I have?
We have rooms or apartments for more than 4 people in the GHT BALMES Hotel, Aparthotel & Splash, in the GHT MARITIM hotel and in the Aparthotel GHT TOSSA PARK.
On the other hand, we also have the option to book two rooms connected by a door in several of the GHT hotels.

I want to book more than 10 rooms, how can I do it?
In this case, you must make two or more separate bookings on the website or call the Call Center (0034937691234) or the hotel to make a single reservation.
Can I benefit from a promotion without specifying dates? Can I give a stay as a gift without specifying dates?
For both options, we recommend the GHT PASS. You can check the details of this product in the following link:

How can I become a member of the GHT CLUB and what advantages will I have?
To be a member of CLUB GHT, you only have to register in our database, through the "CLUB GHT" section of our website (top of the page), by clicking "Please register now". After filling in the form, you will receive an email to complete the registration (it is important that you validate this email. Please, if you do not receive it in your inbox, check the spam folder too).
If you make the registration at the same time you make a booking, selecting the CLUB GHT members rate and, therefore, accepting the privacy policy, you will receive the password to access your GHT CLUB account in the same email with the booking confirmation (remember to check the spam folder if you do not receive it in the main tray).
Advantages of joining the club:
· 8 free points for joining the Club (worth 24€) To be exchanged in a booking of 150€ or higher amount.
· 5% discount on the room price on all reservations
· 1 point (valued at 3€) for every 100€ in bookings, to be exchanged in bookings of 150€ or more.

Once I am a member of the GHT CLUB, how do I access my account? How can I use the points? Do they expire?
To access your account, you must enter the "CLUB GHT" section of our website (top of the page), with your email address and the password that you indicated when you made the registration or, in the case of having requested the registration at the time you made the booking, the password that we sent you in the same email with your booking details.
To redeem the points you only have to search for your stay from your GHT CLUB account and, before accepting the booking, click on the option where we inform you of the points you have at that moment and where you accept to use them in that booking (the minimum booking amount to be able to use the points is 150€).
Points do not expire.
I am a member of CLUB GHT, but I do not remember my data. What should I do?
You must go to the CLUB GHT section of our website (top of the page) and click on "Have you forgotten your password?". You will receive an e-mail with the instructions to follow to reset it (remember to check the spam folder if you see that you have not received the e-mail in the main tray).
I want to unsubscribe from CLUB GHT. How can I do it?
You can request your cancellation by sending an email to lopd@ghthotels.com
Check-In, Check-Out, Meals and others
Can I check in before arriving at the hotel?
You can check in online comfortably from your home, on our website, to speed up and make your arrival faster.
What time can I check in?
The room will be ready from 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage, enjoy our facilities and start doing the check in at reception.
I will arrive late at the hotel. Until what time can I check-in?
You can check-in 24 hours a day (keep in mind that in the case of the APARTHOTEL GHT TOSSA PARK, if you arrive at night, you must call the bell located at the door of the entrance).
What time should I leave the room?
The check-out is until 11:00.
If I book half board or full board and the day of entry I do not arrive in time to make the first dinner, can I replace it with another meal?
If you do not arrive in time for the first dinner, you must notify the hotel in advance and you will be able to substitute it for another meal (lunch), in case you have half board. There is also the option to request in advance that we prepare a cold dinner for you, for when you arrive at the hotel, by contacting the hotel or the Call Center by phone (0034937691234) or by chat (available on our website).
If I book half board, can I substitute dinner for lunch?
Whenever the hotel offers full board, you can substitute dinner for lunch, notifying reception and always taking into account the restaurant's schedule.
If I book full board, can I substitute lunch on the day of departure for lunch on the day of arrival?
By default, the full board starts with the first day's dinner and ends with the last day's lunch. If you want to start your stay with lunch and leave with breakfast, you should only mention it at the reception upon arrival, taking into account the restaurant's schedule.
Once I am at the hotel, can I change my diet?
Before arriving at the hotel, you can change your diet, modifying your booking.
Once you are already staying at the hotel, we can only modify your booking to change your diet (both to extend from bed and breakfast to half board or full board, or vice versa) in case you have booked directly with GHT HOTELS. In the case of having booked through another channel (such as Booking, Expedia, on-line agency, agency, etc ...), you can access the buffet of our restaurant whenever you want, paying the corresponding supplement.
Once I am at the hotel, can I change the room type?
Before arriving at the hotel, you can change the room type, modifying your booking, as long as there is availability and taking into account the difference in price.
Once you are at the hotel, you can also ask for the change in reception, whenever there is availability, paying the supplement for the room type.
Can I add extra meals to my booking?
If you select the option of bed and breakfast or half board, you can add the extra meals you need, at the time of booking on our website and also directly at the hotel.
If I book half board or full board, but someday I do not want to eat at the hotel, can I replace it with another meal or picnic?
In the event that you have half board, and if at that time the hotel offers full board, you can substitute dinner for lunch if you ask for it before at reception. On the other hand, if you have full board or half board, you can ask for a picnic, notifying it at reception one day before, before 7:00 p.m.
Are drinks included in meals?
Drinks are not included in meals, but you can add them to your booking as an extra. You can also book the pre-paid card for drinks of the restaurant and/or bar, which will give you discounts on your drinks. These options are in the list of extras that appears once you have selected your room in our search engine. For the hotels GHT S'AGARÓ MAR, GHT AQUARIUM&SPA and GHT OASIS PARK&SPA, during the summer months, you can book the Pack Prestige and the All Inclusive respectively, which includes many types of drinks and other extras. I have a food intolerance. Can I eat at the buffet of the hotel?
If you have a food intolerance, you must contact the hotel directly or our Call Center to discuss your case.
If you are celiac, allergic or sensitive to gluten, you can inform us in the comments of your reservation or by contacting us, so that we take it into account and have all the gluten-free products, as well as all the dishes on our special gluten-free menu (with a supplement to be paid at the hotel), in case you prefer that option, instead of the options offered in our buffet.
If you are lactose intolerant, you can also indicate it in the comments of your reservation or by contacting us, so that we take it into account and have products suitable for you.
I am vegan. Can I eat at the hotel buffet?
If you are vegan, you will find different options without any product of animal origin on the island of salads and vegetables in our buffet and, also, if you ask for it upon check-in, you can order other dishes from our menu for vegans*.
* With additional cost to be paid at the hotel
I am not staying at the hotel. Can I eat at the restaurant?
Even if you are not staying at the hotel, you can access the restaurant, paying the price of the buffet, as long as the permitted capacity is not exceeded.

I will take part in a triathlon during my stay in one of your hotels in Calella. Will I be able to have a meal service tailored to my needs?
In our buffets we have very complete menus, specially designed to prepare well before sports events and also to recover afterward. In addition, we make an effort to adapt the breakfast schedule, according to the start time of the event, and if necessary, and always upon prior request by the client the day before at the latest, we can also prepare a cold dinner for when it is over and the guest returns to the hotel.
I recently stayed at the hotel and I think I left a personal item.

Pools, Spa and Gym
I'm not staying at the hotel. Can I access the spa?
Our spas are exclusively accessible for guests staying at the hotel.
Can children access the spa?
Children can only access the heated pool. Access to the spa is forbidden for those under 16 years old, with the exception of the GHT MARITIM hotel and the GHT COSTA BRAVA&SPA hotel (where they can access the spa during the children's schedule).
Is access to the wellness areas and spas of the GHT hotels free?
At the GHT COSTA BRAVA&SPA and GHT MARITIM hotels, the spas or wellness areas are free for all customers. On the other hand, the wellness area of the GHT S'AGARÓ MAR hotel is for a fee, and the spas of the GHT AQUARIUM&SPA, the GHT OASIS PARK&SPA and GHT OASIS TOSSA&SPA hotels are free only for those customers who have made their booking through the GHT website, the GHT Call Center or the hotel directly (for other bookings, check access prices directly at the hotel or the Call Center).
Is the pool and spa operational from the opening to the closing of the hotel?
Yes, our pools and spas are operational from opening to closing.
Is the heated pool operational all season?
Hotels with a heated pool only cover it and/or heat the water when the weather conditions require it, and, the rest of the season, it is maintained as a regular outdoor cold water pool.

From Girona airport (about 40km)
Bus: you can take a bus (from the Sagalés company) from Girona airport to the bus station of Blanes and from there you can take another bus to Calella.
GHT BALMES HOTEL, APARTHOTEL & SPLASH is located about 150 meters from the St.Jaume-Pl. de les Roses (Callela) bus stop.
You can also take a bus (from the Moventis-Sarfa company) from Girona airport to Lloret de Mar station and from there take another bus (from the Sagalés company) to Calella.
Train: you can take a bus to Girona train station, and there you can take the train to Maçanet-Massanes, where you would take another train to Calella.
GHT BALMES HOTEL, APARTHOTEL & SPLASH is located about 450 meters from Calella train station. You can get to the hotel on foot, or take the 691 Pineda-Calella bus, from the Sagalés company, getting off at the Rierany dels Frares - Argentina stop, and then walking for about 2 minutes to the hotel.
From Barcelona airport (about 70 km)
Bus: you can take a bus (from the Sagalés company) from Barcelona airport to Calella.
GHT BALMES HOTEL, APARTHOTEL & SPLASH is located about 150 meters from the St.Jaume-Pl. les Roses (Calella) bus stop.
Train: you can take a train at Barcelona airport to Barcelona-Sants station and from there take the R1 Line towards Blanes, Maçanet-Massanes or Figueres / Portbou (along the coast), and get off at the Calella stop.
GHT BALMES HOTEL, APARTHOTEL & SPLASH is located about 450 meters from Calella train station. You can get to the hotel on foot, or take the 691 Pineda-Calella bus, from the Sagalés company, getting off at the Rierany dels Frares - Argentina stop, and then walking for about 2 minutes to the hotel.

You can get to Calella by train, taking the R1 line of RENFE company.
GHT BALMES HOTEL, APARTHOTEL & SPLASH is located about 450 meters from Calella train station. You can get to the hotel on foot (approx. 20 min.), or take the 691 Pineda-Calella bus, from the Sagalés company, getting off at the Rierany dels Frares - Argentina stop, and then walk for about 2 minutes to the hotel.

Northbound
Traveling on the AP-7, you must take the exit 12B towards C-60 La Roca del V./Mataró, then take the exit on C-32, towards Girona / Mataró (Oest).
On the C-32, you must take the exit 122 Calella / Pineda de Mar / Santa Susanna.
You can also get to Calella through the N-II.
Southbound
By the AP-7, you must arrive until the exit of Lloret / Blanes / Malgrat.
At Vidreres you must take the N-II to Calella.

BY PLANE
From Girona airport (about 40km)
Bus: you can take a bus (from the Sagalés company) from Girona airport to the bus station of Blanes and from there you can take another bus to Calella.
The GHT MARITIM hotel is located about 200 m from the St.Jaume-Av.Vallderoures (Calella) stop.
You can also take a bus (from the Moventis-Sarfa company) from Girona airport to Lloret de Mar station and from there take another bus (from the Sagalés company) to Calella.
Train: you can take a bus to Girona train station, and there you can take the train to Maçanet-Massanes, where you would take another train to Calella.
The GHT MARITIM hotel is located approximately 1,2 km from the train station. You can get to the hotel on foot (approx. 20 min.), or take the 691 Pineda-Calella bus, from the Sagalés company, getting off at the St. Jaume - Hortalans stop, and then walking for about 5 minutes to the hotel.
From Barcelona airport (about 70 km)
Bus: you can take a bus (from the Sagalés company) from Barcelona airport to Calella.
The GHT MARITIM hotel is located about 200 m from the St.Jaume-Mar (Calella) stop. You can also stop at Passeig de les Roques/Carrer de Mar (when this stop is operational), situated in front of the hotel.
Train: you can take a train at Barcelona airport to Barcelona-Sants station and from there take the R1 Line towards Blanes, Maçanet-Massanes or Figueres / Portbou (along the coast), and get off at the Calella stop.

You can also hand in the aforementioned authorization upon your arrival at the hotel, during check-in.
Without this authorization, the hotel will not be able to accommodate the minor.
Please note that the Miratge Adults Only hotel does not accept guests under 18 years of age and that the Aquarium, Sa Riera and the Xaloc hotel will accept guests under 18 years of age only when accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
