RUNFESTIVAL - Half Marathon of Tossa de Mar
The Town Council of Tossa de Mar together with C.E. Wefeel will be organizing the new edition of the Tossa de Mar Festival Run, starting at 09:00 p.m. from the Tossa de Mar promenade (Platja Gran) on Sunday.
The test has different modalities and distances:
Asphalt race: 5km, 10km, 21Km Half Marathon and 42Km Marathon
Trail: 8km (trail and walk) and 15km

SANT JOAN FESTIVAL
Since ancient times, we welcome the summer solstice with celebrations of fire. We light bonfires the shortest night of the year in honour of the sun and to ward off evil spirits, and it is common to get rid of old furniture and unwanted items as a symbol of life renovation and purification. Saint John's Eve is a magical night where the city dresses in its best to celebrate the official beginning of summer, with fireworks, sparklers and dancing until sunrise.
Festival de Rumba i Música Catalana de Tossa
Tossa City Council is ready for the next edition of the Festival of Rumba and Catalan Music, which will be held from 6 to 8 June, in different locations in the town.
The Tossa de Mar Festival of Catalan Rumba and Music is transformed to offer all visitors a first-class festival where the quality of the artists, the quality and comfort of the event are the key points.
The big concerts will take place on the Platja Gran de Tossa, an incomparable setting for those attending the Festival to keep the best possible memory and to enjoy the exceptional beauty of the Vila Vella, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest in 1931.
Also, note that all activities are free.
Sant Pere Summer Festival in Tossa de Mar
From June 28th to July 2nd, Tossa celebrates the Summer Festival in honor of Sant Pere, the patron saint of fishermen. Events such as the singing of habaneras, the listening of sardanas with the Flame de Farners or the traditional procession of Sant Pere coincide in dates with the Rumba and Catalan song festival, the Children's Amusement Fair, the bonfire of Sant Joan or the gastronomic campaign of Noodles in the Casserole. A great way to welcome the summer and reconnect with the party, the culture and our traditions.
