Festival de Rumba i Música Catalana de Tossa
Tossa City Council is ready for the next edition of the Festival of Rumba and Catalan Music, which will be held from 6 to 8 June, in different locations in the town.
The Tossa de Mar Festival of Catalan Rumba and Music is transformed to offer all visitors a first-class festival where the quality of the artists, the quality and comfort of the event are the key points.
The big concerts will take place on the Platja Gran de Tossa, an incomparable setting for those attending the Festival to keep the best possible memory and to enjoy the exceptional beauty of the Vila Vella, declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest in 1931.
Also, note that all activities are free.
Sant Pere Summer Festival in Tossa de Mar
From June 28th to July 2nd, Tossa celebrates the Summer Festival in honor of Sant Pere, the patron saint of fishermen. Events such as the singing of habaneras, the listening of sardanas with the Flame de Farners or the traditional procession of Sant Pere coincide in dates with the Rumba and Catalan song festival, the Children's Amusement Fair, the bonfire of Sant Joan or the gastronomic campaign of Noodles in the Casserole. A great way to welcome the summer and reconnect with the party, the culture and our traditions.

Gastronomic campaign of the "CIM-I-TOMBA"
The gastronomic campaign of "La Cuina del Cim i Tomba" is celebrated every year in Tossa during the month of September. From 01 to 30, several restaurants in the town offer a special menu with a first course, the "Cim i Tomba" as a second course and desserts. It is necessary to mention that there are different variants of "Cim i Tomba" and that each establishment cooks it in its own way; Therefore, you can taste the same dish in different establishments and find significant variations, each one more pleasant to the palate.

"Dalt de Vila" is - for those who don't know - a genuinely Tuscan expression to refer to Vila Vella: the only walled enclosure by the sea that has been preserved since the medieval period in Catalonia
Concerts that take place inside the walled enclosure on Saturdays in September, a true amphitheater above the Mediterranean. The historic surroundings and the spectacular setting represented by the Vila Vella Church make it the ideal place to enjoy a good show.
