You will discover hidden corners, charming shops and delicate cafes and restaurants where you can rest and enjoy a delicious meal.

Castell d'Aro, a village with remains from the medieval period
Castell d'Aro was built around the medieval castle of Benedormiens, officially declared a National Cultural Heritage Site. The current appearance of the Castle is the result of several restorations over time that have altered its original appearance. Although many of the houses in Castell d'Aro have been restored, the town still has many stone facades as well as some doors and corners that recall the medieval era.
