Corner room with balcony overlooking pool. Lovely bathroom with a powerful shower. Towels changed daily & room tidied. Fantastic spa. We found the reception staff to be extremely helpful. We had originally booked into an AirBnB in the town which turned out to be unsuitable and so we moved to the Neptuno. They were very helpful in extending our stay even though the dates fell on the Catalonian holiday weekend. Fantastic service.
