Positiu, pràcticament tot, el lloc, i sobretot sentir-te com a casa. El tracte fabulós per part de tothom. L'any passat ja ens vam fer un massatge però el d"aquest any ens l'ha fet una gran professional i un tracte exquisito. Fa quatre anys que venim al Neptuno i sens dubte l'any vinent repetirem

La limpieza (aunque tuve algunas hormigas en la habitación), la comida variada. El spa a pesar de ser limitado (pequeño y con no muchas instalaciones) está bien, así como el servicio de masajes.
