Extrêmement satisfaite, tout était parfait : de la réservation où j'ai pu avoir des renseignements téléphoniques avec une personne de l'accueil et à l'arrivée : la qualité de la chambre, du restaurant, de la propreté ! Le personnel était très aimable et gentil.

I would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the girl at the reception. Unfortunately, I don't know her name (long red hair, beautiful eyelashes, tidy manicure). She is very attentive and very helpful. Always smiling and easy to talk to. I am very grateful that she managed to find a room for my parents on the same floor and very close to us.
