Hotel GHT Simeon offers different rate options to suit every type of stay, including free cancellation, non-refundable, and long-stay rates. Conditions may vary depending on the season and availability.

Bookings with free cancellation can be cancelled up to 2 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation is made outside this period, a penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will be applied, according to the established conditions.

At Hotel GHT Simeon you can choose between room only or bed and breakfast, according to your preferences and the type of stay you wish to enjoy in Tossa de Mar.

Breakfast will be chosen by the customer once they arrive at the hotel, among these different types:

1. OPTION 1 - mini sandwich (tuna, whip, cheese, sweet ham or sweet ham and cheese), bottled juice (orange, apple, peach or pineapple) and coffee / latte / milk with Nesquik
2. OPTION 2 - pastries (croissant, chocolate Neapolitan), bottled juice (orange, apple, peach or pineapple) and coffee / latte / milk with Nesquik
3. OPTION 3 - toast with butter, jam and honey, bottled juice (orange, apple, peach or pineapple), coffee / latte / milk with Nesquik

The hotel accepts payments by credit card (Visa and MasterCard) and bank transfer. Payment can be made at the hotel or during the booking process, depending on the rate selected.

The only official channels for communications related to payments are email and our official website. If you receive a payment email, it is very important to always verify the sender’s address: it must correspond to the hotel where you made your booking, followed by @ghthotels.com (for example: aquarium@ghthotels.com). GHT HOTELS does not contact its customers via WhatsApp to manage bookings or request payments or card details. If you receive any suspicious message, we ask you not to reply, not to click on any links and not to provide any personal or banking information. We would also greatly appreciate it if you could inform us.

Check-in at Hotel GHT Simeon is available from 3:00 PM, allowing us to prepare the rooms to offer the best experience to our guests.

Check-out must be completed before 10:00 am on the day of departure.
